A man who allegedly entered WA illegally and participated in the AFL’s grand final has indicated he will plead guilty to three counts of failing to comply with police orders.
The 32-year-old Caleb Harold Cox, wearing a face mask, stood in front of Perth’s Magistrates Court today via video link from Hakea Prison.
He is accused of having entered the state via South Australia and not declaring that he had previously been in Victoria.
Cox stated that he would plead guilty to three counts of failure to comply with an instruction. There was no indication of how he would invoke another prosecutor to gain fraud.
It was his first appearance since Sept. 28, after he was remanded in custody.
He remains behind bars until his next appearance on October 25th.
