The Giants’ matchup against the Dodgers was not the only San Francisco-Los Angeles competition Friday night. A few blocks down the road at the Chase Center, the Warriors took on the Lakers in a preseason game.

It did not have the intensity of baseball after the season, but the competition had its moments and share of stars when LeBron James and Russell Westbrook spoke for the first time this season, going up against Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala, who returned as a warrior after two seasons with the Heat.

Since the game was a preseason game, the game was not exactly sharp and clean. It was downright sloppy at times. Nevertheless, it was a game as both teams will prepare to meet each other again as one of the opening matches of the NBA’s 75th anniversary. Here are some pictures from the game.
