Police were called to a quiet road in Bury this morning (Saturday) after reports of ‘more men’ wearing balaclavas.
When they arrived at Brandlesholme Road just after 7.30, the officers discovered that the group was in the area to ‘film a fox hunt’.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) confirmed there was no evidence that a fox hunt was taking place in the area.

No action was taken against any of the men.
A GMP spokesman said: “Officers were called around 7.30am for reports of suspicious activity near Brandlesholme Road in Bury.
“During the presence, the officers discovered several men who had taken part in filming a fox hunt that they thought would take place in the area.
“No crime was committed and the log has been closed.”
