Tampa International Airport (TPA) continues to connect Tampa with the rest of the world. The airport announced last week that American Airlines would launch a new direct route to the west coast destination.
The best news? The service is daily. That’s right, you can go to Angels town any day of the week. TPA’s brand new art installations, Shoppes at Bayshore area, TPA2Go food service and efficient check-in and security processes make it one of the leading airports in the country.
This new non-stop route to Los Angeles is just the finishing touch to the proverbial travel cake. Those interested in booking a trip can do so online with American Airlines. One-way tickets start at $ 259.
TPA’s exciting travel news does not end there.
TPA adds major domestic and international routes
Tampa Bay’s connection to mainland Europe returns in December with the launch of a new non-stop service to Frankfurt, Germany aboard Eurowings Discover, Lufthansa Group’s new leisure carrier, according to a statement on TPA’s website.
This follows the latest news that COPA Airlines would resume flights to Panama from the airport.
Low cost airline Frontier Airlines announced five new direct routes from Tampa International Airport to Bloomington, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Green Bay, Wisconsin; New York-LaGuardia and Rochester, New York. With the addition of this new service, Frontier now offers 26 direct Tampa routes to a wide range of popular destinations.
To celebrate the new service, Frontier is offering introductory prices starting at $ 39.
You better also get ready for a massive Flamingo arriving at the airport next year.
