Kim Jong Un was lined up on social media by a man in a skin-tight blue suit who stood ramrod-straight with a pointed helmet in the middle of a series of missiles-which prompted some to call him the real “rocket man.”

The North Korean with a blue collar was among dozens of soldiers posing for a photo with Eremit Kingdom’s leader during an exhibition of weapons systems on Monday.

His shiny clothes and red-blue-white helmet stood in stark contrast to the olive-colored uniforms worn by the rest of the soldiers. Only a senior officer on the left also wore a blue uniform — albeit a standard version.

Kim wore a Western suit to the occasion, announcing that he was building an “invincible” military that would have the ability to launch a nuclear attack on the United States.

But most of the attention seemed to focus on the mysterious man who generated a lot of buzz on social media, with some users calling him a “superhero”, a “Captain North Korea” or a “rocket man”, the moniker President Donald Trump used to Kim.

State media did not identify the blue-clad man, but Jeffrey Lewis, an expert at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, said in a tweet that “It appears he is a parachutist.”

Other photos showed Kim watching a group of jets fly in a formation during an air show before the show.

The official Korean Central News Agency said a “top parachutist showed off landing skills and fluttered red party flags in (October) sky” before the opening ceremony.
