Police have broadcast a CCTV of a suspect after a man was stabbed ‘randomly’ in Moss Side.
Officers say the attack happened around 6:10 a.m. Saturday morning on the corner of Princess Parkway and Claremont Road.
The victim, a man in his 30s, went to the hospital where he was questioned by police.
He remains in a stable condition.

In a statement, GMP says preliminary investigations have established the perpetrator was ‘unknown to the victim’.
CCTV images have been released showing a suspect with his cap up and wearing a distinctive badminton or squash racket around his back.

Detective Inspector Daniel Hadfield, from GMP’s City of Manchester CID, said: “This appears to have been a random attack and investigations are underway to locate the perpetrator.
“The CCTV pictures are not the best quality, but the suspect is quite characteristic in that he had a badminton / squash racket on his back.”
“If anyone has seen this man either around the time of the incident yesterday morning or in the hours leading up to it, please contact us as you may be able to help us with our investigation.”
