The highest priced home sales on the east side last week were $ 4.7 million for a Los Feliz property sits on three-quarters of an acre bordering Griffith Park.

The sprawling Vermont Avenue complex includes four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, as well as a guest house, pool, spa and waterfall. Along with a garage for three cars, the property has a motorway that can accommodate 13 cars.
