Incoming agreements at Prime Property Consultancy’s Swinton business park with Kandoo Car Credit and Select Car Leasing mean that the 15,000 m2 building is now fully let.

The new tenants, who both work in the car finance sector, are joining existing residents BT Local Business, Kingsbury Holdings, 4 Medical Clinical Solutions and Amalgamated Ltd in the park, located just off Junction 16 on the M60.

Mark Ferris, Rector of Select Car Leasing Manchester, said: “I was impressed with the way the team at Prime Property handled the whole process and we are very much looking forward to growing our business in our new home in the M60 Office Park and enjoying the facilities. On-site.”

Kandoo Car Credit Director Phil Seymour said: “We are a growing and hopeful company, M60 Office Park ticked all the boxes for us. We are happy with the natural light in our new suite at Beech Court and happy to have been able to secure us the last available space in the building. ”

As a whole, occupancy in the office park has gone from 40% before Covid to more than 70% at this time.

Imran Younus, commercial director of Prime Property Consultancy, said of the park’s appeal: “The new facilities hub along with unrivaled on-site parking and landscaped park areas are already encouraging businesses back to the office after Covid.

“We are experiencing a clear upswing in interest rates and leasing recently as companies have implemented their return to office strategies, meaning our occupancy rate has risen from 40% leased before Covid to now over 70%.”

Only one office building remains on the scheme, the 23,500-square-foot Elm Court.

JLL and Cushman & Wakefield are joint agents of the scheme. Kuits Solicitors traded for the landlord.

Prime recently handed over the entire 23,500 m2 Maple Court building at M60 Office Park to fashion e-retailer In the Style, while also fully letting its own headquarters build Chichester House, where the national charity Freedom from Torture takes the 5,000 sq ft. ground floor.
