After last week’s drop in preliminary clearance rates, probably due to auction volume rising after lockdown, Canberra’s market is back on top, hitting an 85.7 percent clearance rate, surpassing any other capital, according to CoreLogic’s new report.

Over the past week in Canberra, there were 178 auctions in total – a marked increase over the 116 listed this time last year. Of these 178 auctions, 132 were reported as sold.

With the weather forecast predicting a few gloomy days, it’s an ideal time to go house hunting across the ACT.

So without further ado, here’s our list of the seven best homes you should check out this weekend in and around Canberra.
