Mariah Carey wishes her fans a happy Hanukkah while she serenades her twin children Moroccan and Monroe with singing she learned in elementary school










Mariah Carey wished her fans a happy Hanukkah with a video shared on her Twitter account on Sunday.

In the clip, the 52-year-old hitmaker was seen serenading with his twins Moroccan and Monroe, both aged ten, with a song meant to celebrate the first night of the annual holiday.

The performer also wrote a short message that read: ‘Happy Hanukkah !!!! Learned this in primary school, thought I would teach it to Roc & Roe, I do not think they have got it yet. ‘

Carey kept it stylish in a black sweater with a wide neck as she spent time with her son and daughter.

The hitmaker in particular wore a pair of sparkling hoop earrings while she aired a serenade for her children.

She kept a pair of tinted sunglasses placed over her forehead and she tied her beautiful blonde locks in a long braid that fell down on her chest.

Carey shares Moroccan and Monroe with her ex-husband, Nick Cannon.

Before becoming involved in the media personality, the singer was married to her first husband, Tommy Mottola, whom she met while working on her debut studio album.

The two bonded in 1993, though they eventually separated in 1997 and continued to end their divorce in 1998.

She later began dating singer Luis Miguel, from whom she broke up in 2001.

Carey then met Cannon, 41, while recording the music video for her 2008 song Bye Bye.

The two began a relationship and continued to bond in April of that year.

The former couple waited for three years before welcoming their children into their lives.

Cannon eventually confirmed that he and the singer had separated in August 2014, and their divorce was finalized in 2016.

Carey talked about co-parenting with her ex-husband during an interview with Vulture, where she stressed that she wanted her children to have a healthy relationship with both their parents.

‘They know I’m here for them. They know that if they want to talk to their father, he’s a phone call away, “she said.

The artist also noted that she raised her children to be confident and to be able to behave in ways she did not in her youth.

‘They have stability. That was what I did not have … They have a whole lot of self-esteem and self-esteem that I have never had, ‘she said.
