More than two weeks after the model’s death Christy Giles, her friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola has also passed away.

On Monday, November 29, her 27th birthday, the LA County Coroner’s Office spokeswoman confirmed to E! News that they have Hilda’s body.

“We are all broken but grateful that God let us have her with us for almost 27 years and allowed us to come here and say goodbye to her,” Rivera continued. “I am grateful that with her last breath she will be able to give life to others and that she will live on in someone else’s heart, eyes, lungs.”

The 27-year-old graduate had moved to Los Angeles in July after taking a job as an interior designer.

On the evening of November 13, Cabrales-Arzola was dropped off at a Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in West Los Angeles after she was found alive after a night on the town with friends. Two hours earlier, Giles, 24, was discovered at another hospital, Southern California Hospital in Culver City, California, and pronounced dead.

The Los Angeles Police Department previously told E! News, they were unable to confirm whether they suspect fraud. However, law enforcement stated: “Detectives are investigating the incident as an indefinite death and it is an ongoing investigation.”

According to ABC7, Cabrales-Arzola was on life support on November 17. Her father then told the outlet: “I feel crushed. I cry every day.”

The same day, Giles’ husband, Jan Cilliers, also spoke to the news station, stating that Cabrales-Arzola’s “toxicological report came back and I guess they found heroin in her system, which is not something any of these girls would ever do, not voluntarily.”

talking with The independent, Giles’ mother Dusty Leslie Giles shared more insight into the latest text messages her daughter sent Cabrales-Arzola around noon. 5:48 on November 13, and said they were planning to take an Uber home.

“My daughter texted Hilda ‘let’s get out of here’ with a big, big-eyed emoji – like I’m scared we have to go. Hilda accepted and said ‘I’ll get an Uber,'” Giles said. “We know Hilda ordered an Uber, we know that about 5-10 minutes later an Uber arrived.”

A GoFundMe campaign, listing Cilliers as its recipient, was set up to fund funeral expenses as well as to hire private investigators. It has received over $ 131,000 in donations so far.

In its description, the campaign claims that “Christy and her friend Hilda were allegedly drugged” and that “twelve hours later, three men in a completely black suit, masked in bandanas; with license plates removed, Christy off on the sidewalk of a hospital.”

“Christy was already lifeless and declared dead on the spot,” it reads. “Two hours later, the same vehicle with two masked men dropped off her friend, Hilda, at another hospital. Hilda is currently in critical condition and fighting for her life.”

On November 15, Cilliers said he was “crushed” over his wife’s death in a tribute on Instagram.

“I can not believe you are gone. Taken from us. From me. How can this world be so cruel. How can people be so evil,” he wrote. “You were the light in my sky. Guiding stars on my journey. The twinkle in my eye. The tongue in my ear. The moments we shared will forever be burned into my mind. But that’s not enough. I want more memories with you I would do anything to create more memories with you. “
