Temperatures have dropped and the days are getting shorter, which means the party season has rolled around again.

So if you feel like stepping into Christmas, you’re probably looking for all that London has to offer this winter.

Grab your skates and go to the harbor – no, don’t worry, you don’t have to skate on the Thames – because Skylight Christmas puts on their own winter wonderland.

Throw yourself into one of their igloos

The skylight at Tobacco Dock will see Europe’s only ice rink on the roof back, as well as a selection of food and drink experiences.

You will be able to skate against the backdrop of the city or cuddle up in one of their Igloo Villages.

One village is set up on the roof, while the other is down on the cobbled Canalside in Tobacco Dock, which is due to open on 2 December.

At the Christmas cocktail you can watch back-to-back Christmas movies like Home Alone 1 and 2, Love Actually, The Holiday, A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas, Die Hard and Bridget Jones’ Diary.

Christmas has come to Tobacco Dock

The adult-only experience serves festive cocktails and gourmet snacks alongside the movies, as well as plenty of popcorn to take away.

Off-Piste offers a special 75-minute introductory session, ‘Ski School’, which is the perfect way for guests to kickstart their Skylight Christmas Experience before heading to an igloo later.

Or enjoy a drink or two at The Apres Ski Lodge, decorated like a mountain lodge and located on the lower level of Skylight Rooftop, complete with low-lit bench seats, fully decorated Christmas trees and cozy sheepskins.
