VANCOUVER, BC: Tuesday, Nov. 30 Another atmospheric river brings lots of heavy rain to BC’s south coast today. Environment Canada has issued a rain warning for Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Howe Sound and parts of Vancouver Island. Between Tuesday and Wednesday, the storm is expected to dump about 60 mm of rain over Vancouver, up to 90 mm in the Fraser Valley and up to 120 mm near the North Shore Mountains and Squamish. The rain will be the heaviest Tuesday, but is expected to continue overnight until Wednesday. Temperatures are unusually mild with a constant 10 C at Vancouver International Airport.
