The rooms in the home, which were built in 1980, are only 3.9 meters wide, due to the narrowness of the property, which was built by Ray White Eastern Suburbs.

It is also in one of the most exclusive locations on the Sydney waterfront – a position that is only seven minutes to the CBD by boat.

The master bedroom shares the level with the second bedroom and family bathroom, but also has an ensuite and a great view of the water.
