Acosta was reportedly the driver of a white truck seen on surveillance video outside the Texaco gas station on Walnut Lane Sunday night. Video shows him allegedly entering the gas station shortly before the fatal shooting.

The video also shows another getting out of the truck before crawling up to the front door of the grocery store and opening fire, reports FOX 4 News. Three teenagers were killed and a fourth was injured in the shooting.

A 14-year-old was previously arrested because police initially thought he was the perpetrator. Detectives recently learned that he has in-depth knowledge of the shooting and he has collaborated with the investigation. Based on the new information, the teenager is not currently charged and has been released to his family.

The shooting appears to be a retaliation from a previous riot, and law enforcement believes the incident is a targeted attack on one or more of the people inside the store.
