8 London locations on the list of UK spots with lowest house price growth in 2021

A number of London locations came in the top 20 list of places with the lowest average house price growth in 2021, according to banking company Halifax.

In fact, they managed to make up eight of the 20 places on the list where Westminster had the lowest growth in house prices across the UK.

House prices fell by 6.9%, the largest fall in any area by approx. minus £ 54,809 pr. House.

In addition, nowhere in London came the top 20 list of places where house prices showed the greatest growth.
