A 21-year-old man is fighting for his life after a horror sting in Trafford.

Police and forensic technicians are at the scene of the incident on Upper Chorlton Road this morning after the stabbing in a ‘business room’ just after noon.

The victim was taken to hospital with ‘potentially life-threatening injuries’, police said.

He is in a critical condition.

A roadblock is in place while investigations are underway.

In a statement, a GMP spokesman said: “Police were called to a business premises on Upper Chorlton Road just after 10am this morning to report that a man had been stabbed.

“Rescue services participated and found a 21-year-old man with potentially life-threatening injuries.

“He has been taken to hospital where he remains in critical condition.
