A three-month Hello Kitty Street Festival is popping up in Sydney!

Sydney’s Darling Square has been transformed into Hello Kitty Town, a three month long festival honoring Sanrio and all their beloved characters … especially Hello Kitty!

The Street Festival hosts Australia’s LARGEST Sanrio art exhibition along with a large selection of fun themed food and drinks.

You know you’re in the right place when you see a HUGE five meter Hello Kitty dinghy.

The outdoor gallery displays works by the world’s most famous illustrators and will be up until the end of April (29th).

This event is part of a series of fun things that are waiting for us Sydney residents to get us back to town and do things!

Food retailers in Darling Square and get right into the event and create themed items that you will not be able to resist.

The sandwich shop has an adorable Hello Kitty toastie with chips.

Ume Burger has a Bad Badtz-Maru cheeseburger and white peach soda.

Toastie Smith will have 5 limited edition toasties adorned with Hello Kitty ham loops.

Bubble Nini Tea will have KeroKeroKeroppi Matcha and Hello Kitty Strawberry Yogurt Crush tea.

Auvers Dining has a variety of dishes, including Lazy Egg Burger based on fan favorite Gudetama.

This weekend (February 5-6) there will be a special event to celebrate the lunar new year with lion dancers performing at. 13.00 and kl. 19.00.
