Howard Helms Mandalorian S3 Episode

Bryce Dallas Howard has reportedly returned as director of an episode of season three of “The Mandalorian”. That new began its shoot last Fall and is currently in post-production ahead of a February 2023 airing.

This marks the “Jurassic World” actress and filmmaker’s fourth time helming a “Star Wars” episode following her directing the fourth episode of the first season, the third episode of the second, and the highly regarded fifth episode of “The Book of Boba Fett ”Which served as essentially an episode of“ The Mandalorian ”.

Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Deborah Chow, Taika Waititi, Rick Famuyiwa, Robert Rodriguez, Peyton Reed and Carl Weathers have also helmed past episodes of “The Mandalorian”. So far Howard and Weathers are the only names to be revealed as directors for season three so far.

Filoni is currently busy directing several episodes of the “Ahsoka” series which is currently in production. Peter Ramsey is also onboard to helm at least one episode of that.
