STATEN ISLAND, NY – While the number of monkeypox cases in the United States remains small, Staten Island doctors are taking precautions to ensure the safety of their patients.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) believes there are five cases of monkeypox in the nation so far, including one in New York City.
