The Burlington Oldtimers Hockey League is hosting the 80+ Hockey Hall of Fame induction ceremony this year

The Burlington Oldtimers Hockey Club (BOHC) will host a ceremony and dinner for new inductees to the 80+ Hockey Hall of Fame on Saturday, Oct. 22.

The event, which is being held at the Art Gallery of Burlington, will recognize those 80 and older who are still playing hockey as well as volunteer hockey conveners and referees who have contributed to the advancement of senior recreational hockey.

Nominations are still being accepted.

The BOHC said they are proud to welcome inductees across Southern Ontario.

The day will include three games, for new inductees, past inductees and an international game against 80+ players from the US

The 80+ Hockey Hall of Fame is a not-for-profit organization which nationally recognizes active recreational hockey players 80 years of age and over, https://80plushockeyhalloffame.com/en/index.html.

The Burlington Oldtimers Hockey Club is for players 35 and older and is the largest old-timers hockey club in the world with more than 1,100 members.
